Some food for thought regarding gun control.
In regards to something that I saw in the news regarding the moral issues of gun control which direction of moral righteousness are we growing blaming such incidence involving guns on something that is not really the cause of the problem and then subsequently denying 1000's if not more people of the right to own and to wield such items in the course of satisfying our fears of what might come to be.
Weapons are basically a tool and as with most tools when used correctly they can render great miracles or when used incorrectly they can reap devastation.
As quoted from a saying "people kill people not guns". Maybe we should rid the world of all people in order to accomplish the peaceful world the heaven that we may be looking for but fortunatley that would not be within the moral rights of what we have to generally come to accept these days as mankind; that we live side by side with our fellow man hopefully in peace.
Should we make the appropriate sacrifice in course of the justice and moral righteousness of such matters with the targeting of just the perpetrators of such matters and allowance of the rest of the brethren to own and to wield such items in the course of the mentioned moral righteousness involved; or should we remove all weapons from off upon the face of the earth in the satisfactions of our fears of what might come to be.
Which moral direction will that truly lead us depriving many of their privilege when no peace has been broken.
Another quoted saying "if guns are outlawed then only outlaws will have guns" ; are we working for the outlaws without realizing it.
Just something that i was thinking about and some food for thought should anybody read this regarding the gun control issue.
